I manage CrossFit 941, a premiere athletic and fitness facility. Coming from a gymnastics background and all around athletic childhood, I’ve always felt that our bodies will respond to how we treat them. Good, bad or otherwise. When I found CrossFit as a means of working out and trying to get back into shape as an adult, I realized that this was what I needed to do for a living to help inspire others to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Our mission is to help everyone we can. Children to grand parents. Beginners to elite level athletes. Everyone deserves to be healthy, stay healthy and remain active. In addition, everyone derserves support while taking those steps to become better a version of themselves.
